Background

I'm a marketing operations and automation specialist with over a decade of B2B experience, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive scalable, data-informed growth. I’ve led everything from ABM and demand gen programs to complex MarTech migrations and CRM integrations—always focused on making marketing smarter, more human, and more measurable. Beyond the numbers, I bring a creative lens to my work, drawing on my background in design and my passion for storytelling. Outside the 9–5, I’m a DJ and visual artist who thrives in community-driven spaces. Whether it’s building journeys that convert or campaigns that connect, I’m driven by meaningful work that makes an impact.

I’m especially focused on aligning marketing and sales through shared KPIs, lifecycle strategies, and actionable attribution, while ensuring compliance and deliverability across all channels. Whether launching ABM programs, re-architecting MarTech stacks, or developing creative content workflows, my focus is always on driving measurable growth and operational clarity.

Awards & Recognition

2022 MVM - Most Valuable Marketer - Stericycle Communication Solutions

Dustin won the MVM (most valuable marketer) on our team last year. Dustin has expanded his creative and technical capacity over 2022 in ways that I haven't seen before as a manager. We were down a few team members, and Dustin became my reliable and steady right hand. Delivering campaign excellence, using data to drive how we adopt and change, helping other struggling TMs with their projects, and always having a pragmatic view of what can and should be done for the best results. Last year Dustin branched out of marketing automation into paid social advertising, creating new motion graphics for social and email, writing email content, and giving monthly and quarterly analytics for the leadership team. All of this work falls well outside the scope of his current marketing associate title.
